The Thin Man (1934)

I’ve seen this movie before and I really like the Thin Man series, even near the end when it was running out of ideas.

So, I’ll just list some great bits:

 -shooting balloons on the xmas tree with the pop gun (?!)
-the wacky dinner party they give
-the grief-crazed drunk girl (I’d forgotten her)
-their banter
-the obvious alcoholism surprised me a bit but I guess it was period

Conclusion: must see.
