So, I finished reading My Sister’s Keeper by Jodi Picoult.  I really enjoyed it.

Still, I have to say that I had much difficulty not despising the mother of the family, Sarah.  She was such the drama queen.

There were enough twists to keep me reading and all the lovely introspection was enjoyable.  I think I liked Julia the guardian ad litem the best.  I would have loved the dog Judge  but we got nothing from his point of view.

I don’t know that I’ll read any more of her books, though.  None of the characters stopped to reflect on the larger picture or plan anything in 13 years that the protagonist Anna has lived.  That annoyed me.
